PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS

Everything used in this coaching experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will all be housed conveniently on The Lighthouse Client Platform. Upon enrolling for the coaching experience, you will choose a unique username and password.  At your convenience, you may access The Lighthouse platform to view, review and/or update the records, documents, resources, etc. that we use throughout our coaching.

CONFIDENTIALITY 

We, at The Lighthouse, will endeavor to keep our discussions private. We have no intention of sharing anything you tell us with your managers, spouse, friends, etc.  We have found that this element of privacy greatly enhances our ability to work with our clients, and it is something we take very seriously.   That said, there are rare occasions where we may learn information during coaching that, in our opinion, could be detrimental if not shared with senior leadership within Liberty (i.e., potentially causing harm to property, persons, or Liberty’s business interests).   If such an occasion develops, we reserve the right to share this information with Liberty’s executive team, but will still attempt to limit this sharing to the extent necessary to protect the interests of Liberty’s business as a whole and your personal privacy.  We also reserve the right to disclose information learned during coaching to the extent required by law.   If you have any questions about this aspect of our relationship, please ask and we can talk it through.
